
Ad & Layout: Brochures
The challenge in developing brochures is that, sometimes, the client wants to add too much information to an already packed layout. I've found that the best method is to find a suitable compromise; to aim for 1/3 graphics to 2/3rds nicely styled text.

Client: Flat Rate Realty About Client / Direction: My client, in the process of designing the look for their brochure, wanted to speak directly to the American dream of home ownership via a patriotic family theme. A coupon was added to the back so that the whole piece could used as a mailer, if desired. |
